Crafted in layered cellulose acetate, the brooch features a striking black tabby pattern set against a luminous pearl white background, beautifully complemented by warm amber-coloured translucent ears and eyes that bring this curious feline to life. Created in Paris during the 1970s–1980s and finished with the classic heat-mounted V-shaped clasp to the reverse, a hallmark of authentic vintage Lea Stein brooches from the period.
