Condition Descriptions: At our store, we specialise in delicate, individually crafted antique and collectable items with rich histories. We identify and disclose any significant age-related wear, damage or restoration in the description area of the item.
Given the age of our items, minor wear, blemishes consistent with manufacturing techniques of the period, or evidence of age (such as fine clean crazing) are not considered damage or significant detractors. These characteristics reflect the item's history and authenticity, enhancing its unique charm.
Returns Policy: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Items can be returned if not as described for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping – provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item of your intention to do so. You can do this by emailing or phoning us.
Returning your Item to Us: On returns, the item/items must be well packed and returned to us in the same high quality manner in which they were sent to you. Refunds will not be issued if the item/items is not received in the same manner it was sent.
Duties and Taxes: We do not refund taxes and duties if the item has been exported and you desire a return.
Insurance: All items are insured and in the event of a breakage or loss the buyer can make a claim through Australia Post.
