Rare Royal Doulton Beau Regency character jug D6562, issued 1962-1967 by designer David B. Biggs.

Measures approximately 10.8cm.

This character jug was based on George Bryan 'Beau' Brummell (1778-1840) an important figure in Regency England and for many years the arbiter of men's fashion,  he was also a close friend of the Prince Regent.
