Product Description
An exceptional early 20th-century Florian Ware vase designed by William Moorcroft for James Macintyre & Co., dating to around 1908. Standing at 28cm tall, this elegant piece features handpainted floral swags with roses and forget-me-nots in vibrant glazes, all outlined in Moorcroft’s distinctive tubelining technique.
A classic example of Art Nouveau design, it bears both Moorcroft’s signature and the Macintyre stamp on the base. Some age-related crazing is present, typical for a piece of this era, but it remains in beautiful condition. A highly collectible and visually striking piece of British art pottery.
