Vintage Stuart crystal decanter with cut diamond pattern, with original box.
Measures 25cm tall.
Stuart crystal was founded by Frederick Stuart in the 1880s and later by his sons. A successful company until 1995 when it was purchased by Waterford Wedgwood. In 2001 Stuart Crystal ceased production. They are to be credited with some iconic contributions to the history of crystal, such as Stuart Medallion Cameo Glass (1887), and the Beaconsfield Pattern (1907), which is still used today.
