Product Description
Like ribbons of molten colour suspended in glass, this beautiful studio art glass vase captures the movement and creativity of late twentieth-century glassmaking. Shimmering shades of olive green, golden amber and violet flow across its rounded surface, creating a captivating play of light.
Hand-blown and dated 1989, the vase measures approximately 11cm tall. Its spherical form features a short neck, delicate iridescence and expressive trailing decoration, complemented by a softly textured surface. A signature is present near the pontil mark, although the maker has not been identified.
A striking little work of art, equally lovely displayed on its own, upon a bookshelf or among a collection of studio glass.
Each piece in our collection carries the subtle marks of time, adding to its authenticity and charm. Any notable details are thoughtfully included in the description and imagery. Should you wish to see more, we are always happy to assist.
