A wonderful find for the German Shepherd lover, this characterful vintage Carl Scheidig porcelain figurine beautifully captures two of the much-loved dogs standing alert side by side.
Made in Gräfenthal, Germany and dating from circa 1930s–1940s, model number 7114 is finely modelled with naturalistic brown, black and cream colouring. There is minor age-related wear to the tip of one ear, as shown in the imagery.
Measuring approximately 12 cm long x 11 cm high, it is a charming collectable and would make a particularly thoughtful gift for a German Shepherd owner or dog lover.
