Any pottery that is over 100 years old is special, simply for existing. It’s such a fragile artistic medium, that even a small cup that manages to avoid an accidental drop for that long is, arguably, an accomplishment.
But when you have a 100 year old teapot that is also exquisitely designed, with small, elaborate details – all of which are in flawless condition – team it up with the maker Kinkozan and you know you’re looking at a truly special collectible teapot.
